TECS1 self-lubricating bearings for automatic transmissions in automobiles. It is developed based on the previous TEMU formulation. The particular conditions of planetary gears of the automatic transmissions of cars have been taken into account. TECS1 is designed as a new lead-free and environmentally friendly product. The plastic surface is white. Its properties and performance are similar to the foreign-made product P141. It has excellent self-lubricating, wear and fatigue properties, and has a long service life.
